Adults like playing dress up. Bikers, country music fans, baws in jerseys.

Same reason people wear bow ties to a formal event. Dress for the occasion.

This really isn’t that hard. And lots of people wear jerseys to games.

Why do people dress in LSU jerseys to attend an LSU game?

One how do you know they don’t wear that in their normal life? And second why does it bother you what someone does with their money or what they wear to something they attend? Seems like you are insecure about things or jealous.

It's fun. Not everyone is a miserable human. Who finds the most random things to complain about.

I dressed up for the Taylor Swift concert in an outfit I wouldn't normal. It kind of adds to the experience.

Codeman... You are in your mid 30's and regularly wear Pokemon attire. Is this a troll attempt or do you fail to see the irony?

I also lift, BJJ and have decent cardio.

I don't pretend to be a pokemon.

Just love me some pokemon.

If peter millar made pokemon polos I would spend all my money on stocking up!

but I would rather light a porcupine on fire and shove it up my arse sideways than go to a Garth Brooks concert.

If that is the case I am guessing Elton John, Ricky Martin, and George Michael(RIP) are more your inclination.

My wife and I got tickets yesterday in the lower bowl for 50 bucks total with fees. I didn’t even know he was in town, but I’ll go for those prices.

That's hillarious!

Also, how do people get cheaper tickets? Is it a day of sale?

You need to go the rodeo cookoff in Houston before Livestock show. Cringy western wear... all new. Some even try to talk a bit country.

I was an FFA superstar. I actually showed lambs at the Houston rodeo.

It wasn't as bad as I suspect it is now.

Dressing for the occasion? I don't wear a tuxedo or yellow pants all the time, but if I'm at a wedding or an LSU game

Buying something just for the occasion might be a little cheesy, but some people have this attire and wear it when it makes sense. I don't have a cowboy hat and rarely wear jeans these days, but I'll throw my boots and jeans on for a Garth concert because I have them and it's a good look in that setting.
