She thought she would like it but she really didn't. I never pushed it, the whole swinging hint was kinda her idea but that's also pretty much the circumstances that brought us together.

Is this your way of saying you’re the exception to the rule? Congrats. However it’s not how we’re wired. Perhaps you’re confusing compartmentalization with multitasking. It’s different.

The stats are on my side. Women initiate divorce based on infedelity way more often then men do.

Because if you grew up in a small town the swing was where the action started

Not quite sure what you are trying to convey here. How "we" are wired? Women, humans? There is not one schematic for any "group's" brain. We are all wired differently. Compartmentalization and multi-tasking are vastly different things. And you can't get divorced if you never get married.

You believe most females want some girl on girl action?

A wise woman told me many many years ago, "Honey, despite what they may tell you, every woman in this world is one drink away from her first girl on girl experience. You just have to figure out the magic number of drinks to get her there"

Never was a big deal with me. We did threesomes and moresomes but I wasn't interested in watching

Yep. My experience was quite the surprise when it happened

Maybe. But plenty of couples that don't swing are also in various stages of divorce. We experimented with it in the first few years of our marriage and quit a few years later. Well, not so much 'quit' as just kind of fell out of it after the newness wore off. We're still going strong almost 20 years later.

Same here. Once I had done a lot of the things I wanted to do, I got bored with it and the people involved.

Yes, I already made that point as well. Try to keep up, sweetie

Did you not read the OP? Married people swinging didn’t make sense to him but from an evolutionary standpoint it could make sense due to our evolutionary gender strategies.

Wow, that is so bitchy. You should reduce the level of c-tiness in your response. And your retort was fluff. But good job on

Most of the women I talked to during my swinging days did things with other women because they felt it was expected. More pressure than desire.

And some actually enjoy it. To every season...
