Why do jeeps never seem to have A/C?

Never been a jeep owner but need to know what I'm missing here

What kind of jeep? I had a 97 wrangler with air. And a top that would come off so you didn't need air

I've driven pretty much nothing but Jeeps, and I assure you the A/C has always worked fine.

I have an 84 CJ7 that has ac. Well, it did have ac. Needs a new compressor

They do. I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with air.

Yes, however it has a leak, so I have to throw a couple of cans in every three weeks to a month.

Yep, my 85 CJ7 has poor man's A/C. I guess it would be nice to have it, but I mostly use it during hunting season, so it really isn't needed all that much.

Didn't realize they were coming out with the new engine until after I bought mine. It still helps me navigate the roads of New Orleans.

All of mine have had AC. Heat of the summer they struggle, but mainly because they are basically open top the great outdoors.

Jeep heaters are 100x's better than any vehicle I have ever been in.

It is a barbie jeep as well
