Because it's usally a bunch of old people who are out of touch with what's actually popular or what's trendy so they latch on to whatever current trend is going on and what ever political trend is happening

The Libs are seeing that this act is not going to win them an election, especially the 'defund the police' crap.
ESPN was heavily political for a long time, then the Kap shite came around and they went overboard. They had to lay off and fire people left and right because the audience deserted them. Then the hammer came down, and just like that left wing politics was gone from ESPN. I used to listen to Mike & Mike every morning, I can't remember the last time I watched anything other than a game itself on ESPN.
If you didn't grow up with it, bland syrups are just
not as tasty. I am pre-diabetic, so none for me, but I love both Steen's, B'rer Rabbit and a real amber grade maple syrup.

I don’t know that this is hurting libs. If this ignited the blacks to vote I’d say this is a positive for Dems. But outside of politics, most companies are buying into this blm because it’s easy. Post blm on twitter and you’re done.

Yep. The trend in corporate marketing is to show that you (the company) is socially conscious and is active in the world around it. Not just for external customers but towards employees as well. I hear it on conference calls and industry trends all the time that “social awareness” is what helps brand image.
IMO, there’s a ton of overreaction by corporations when it comes to social media PR storms. They know most normal people don’t care but they have zero discipline to try to weather the moment.
