My MIL does the dishes when she visits. It’s nice except she loads the dishwasher in the most haphazard way that cups come out full of water and spoons don’t get clean. And there’s wasted space so it’s less efficient. You’d think she’d learn that putting a stack of spoons together can’t possible get clean but she never learns.

Our live-in nannny loads the dishwasher after I dump a load in her. I don’t have issues with either exercise.

We have had this argument early our marriage. His argument is that he expects the dishwasher to be perfectly optimized every time I put something in there. My argument is that I don't have dish ESP so I put things in general areas through out the day but will redistribute everything correctly when it is time to start the washer.

You could buy her her own simple set of cheap Harbor Freight tools, trade chores and pretend to let her do the easy home repair tasks.
But she'll still go in your shop to "borrow" something and forget to return it.
She won't recall where it is when you discover it missing, especially if it's something you need right a way.

Too much information missing in the OP for me to comment. You are talking about a wife loading the dishwasher in a haphazard manner but that is not an objective term. It’s subjective. Therefore:
I need pictures.
Multiple angles.
High definition.
Once we decide if your wife is hot we can recommend one of two options:
1. She is hot. You need to shut up about dishes.
2. She is not hot. You need a divorce.
Either way, this argument is solved.

Most women I know load the dishwasher just fine. It's usually the dudes who don't know what the frick they are doing. The guys at the last 2 places I've worked have no concept of leaving space for the water sprayer to do it's job. They are constantly covering up the bottom with bowls (no top sprayer) and then wonder why the shite on top doesn't get cleaned. I've tried explaining to them multiple times but I straight up get the "dumb dad" in commercials response of "I thought the whole point of a dishwasher is it does the dishes for you".

Because if she did it the same way every time, how could I possibly be doing it wrong every time?
I don't touch the dishwasher except to remove something. If I put an item in there, she will move it. And yes, I do understand how to maximize space and cleaning.

Maybe yalls wives are broken. My wife is usually the one who has to fix however I ended up putting them in there.

My wife sucks at laundry. She mixes everything together then gets mad if I don't sort it before putting it in dryer. Like she has no concept of "no heat dry" or sorting.
Now I just pull her clothes out and put them in a bin, then back on the machine if there is clothes traffic
