yes, that's actually an important distinction.

not only do they know everyone's top line income, they also have access to their nephews, in laws, and electricians personal balance sheet as well

I once asked an employee where they lived. After telling me the city name, I said I thought that they moved the city to a diff place. She stuttered and said maybe they moved it a few years ago but said she wasn't sure. I'm thinking who tied her shoes today.

Maybe 20. Only 4 are current. Another 5 or so are my old phone numbers and the rest are my friends old home numbers when I was a kid. Those come in handy as PIN's now.

Back in the day, a simple 99 cent gas station map was a beautiful thing.

I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps, and, uh, I believe that our education like such as in South Africa and, uh, the Iraq everywhere like, such as, and I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., er, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children.

Route learning vs Spatial learning…the way brains are wired…is a thing.

Route - go past 1 stop sign, left an oak tree, drive 3 miles until red bar on right.

Spatial - directional (N-S-E-W) relationship map and placement of things into

Have your family close their eyes, tell them to picture themselves with their back against (fill in the blank) eg, Cox Communications Bldg (LSU campus) and facing (fill in blank) eg, PMAC.

Now, with eyes closed, ask them to point in the direction of (fill in the blank) eg, LA State Capitol.

You will see who has which. Can be hilarious.

Go to the first interstate you see, take a left and when you see this sign. Your there.

I knew a girl who needed to use gps every day to get back to her house… the one she lived in. And unfortunately for her she wasn’t super attractive.

Years ago, when my cousin was in the Marines stationed at Twentynine Palms his wife and her friend, both elementary teachers, drove out from Houston to visit him.

He said that, along the way, periodically, his wife would call him to give him an update on their trip. At one point she called and told him they were currently driving through Tuksun. He asked her to repeat that and she, once again, said Tuksun.

He then asked, "Where in the hell is Tuksun?" She said, "You know, in Arizona." Did I mention that they were both teachers?

Damn son, you chose to work at a bank and now you’re thinking you’re smarter than them in geography or something else?

Are you that stupid?

You work at a bank brah; it ain’t oceanography.

Perhaps having football coaches teach these subjects in high school was not a good idea.

I love geography. I had a fun geography surprise just yesterday driving from Nashville to Chattanooga when I24 briefly dips in and out of Georgia when you get close to Chattanooga. Made me smile

That was the only Georgia I ever saw until I was around 18.

About 15 years ago there was this show on The History Channel called How the States Got Their Shapes. It ran for a couple of seasons. You should check it out if you smiled at that little chunk of Georgia.
