Are you talking about the Fly or Audubon park? The fly has been closed for a while.

The problem with parks, camping and tourist activities is that idiots travel cross country to do them. I work in the tourism industry and for several weeks before we closed to the public the only customers we had were absolute tools.
One couple from texas came in coughing and acting sick so everyone would avoid them while they stole shite. The final straw that got us to shut down was a mother that arrived from California dragging along two sick kids.

This isn’t that hard to figure out. They don’t want nimrods to show up in large groups to do their Easter weekend stuff. Even Jefferson parish has everything thing like the parks closed down this weekend

Audubon was packed yesterday. I can see why they are out there

Wow, bro, take it down a few notches. You act as though they woke up today and decided to frick with your 18 minute mile run at the park. As said previously, CCC was today. They were told to ensure large groups didnt form.

I drove by Audubon a few minutes ago and there were no police.
And people were keeping distances and jogging one way.

Swat teams are deployed at Audubon to keep people out thanks to Cantrell. I read it in another thread. LOL
