I think idiots who when they complain can’t keep their shite straight and ruin their own argument are the worst type. Having to listen to an idiot complain about something that they can’t even comprehend, is like nails on a chalkboard for me and wouldn’t want that person living next to me so I’d have to listen to them.

Do you hate them because of their disposable income and 3 degrees so they can buy drugs, or are they highly in debt from their useless degrees?

I guess being from Arkansas I feel like there's a group left out - the hillbilly.

Hillbilly's are awesome neighbors. They like to be left alone, they don't have trashy yards, and if you ever get to talk to one they have some pretty interesting stories. Just don't walk on their property uninvited, they will shoot you and they know how to hide the body.

Hippie/Redneck, both are usually friendlier, more tolerable when they don't feel like they're a minority in the area. I can't stand either when they act like their culture and way of life makes them an endangered species and they get territorial. If you don't like the neighborhood, move.

Redneck in a blue area = pain in the arse

You know they make battery powered lawn tools!
Why do you drive that big SUV when you have no kids at home anymore?

Your pool runoff is polluting the groundwater.
How can you fly the American Flag?

Additionally-
They always put up signs in their yard expressing some political stance, or stating that cars need to slowdown or reduce noise.
