And to answer your question, I have been acquainted with several billionaires (energy/fracking money/ and one hedge fund) They showed up to my son's baseball games in plastic sunglasses, flip flops and a collared shirt. You'd never EVER guess they had money.. outside of taking the PJ to out of state tournaments that is.

Your point is taken,.. however they keep their addresses unlisted and don't post pictures of themselves in front of their PJ all over Instagram. If I see someone posing in front of a private jet I know they either rented it with 20 other people or they are a tag along.

Someone i used to work with owns his own CNC and 3D printing shop. He is starting to get DoD and commercial contracts now. His company has to be worth $10 million easily. Our kids go to school together so we stay in touch that way.

My boss is the same way. Nowhere near $700MM, but probably $15-20MM. He had an '08 af150 up until about 3 months ago. He got a new F150 and pitches about how much he hates it almost constantly. He drives the old truck around more than the new one.
