I would pay that much for a Land Cruiser(though they're now closer to $100k+) and keep it forever. That is the only SUV I'd pay that much for, and even then it would be a hard sell.

I think my wife and I fall into the upper middle class income range, absolutely for Louisiana. We've never spent anything close to that on a vehicle.

Americans are retarded and will buy a POS Chevy because it is giant when they could buy a finely made German or Japanese SUV that’s not oversized for the same price.

Well the issue with this is the condition of the respective vehicles 3-5 years out. The POS Chevy is likely to be well ahead of its German counterpart.
