This is true.
Or less hyperbole. A guy who happened to not GAF about vaccines and got the shot is just disgruntled. For whatever reason. Shitty bonus. No raise. Some perceived slight. Every workplace has that guy. They could blow a place up reporting this kind of thing.

Same people that enforce the rule that only forklift certified employees can use the forklift.

Apparently you haven’t dealt with OSHA much… I work at a GM dealership as a mechanic, when OSHA comes in for there “inspections” it’s a nightmare… 1 guy from OSHA in half a day rips through this place and if you don’t comply they can make life at work hell on earth

There's not many companies that are willing to take a chance on not getting caught by OSHA.

STDs are dangerous. Should the government mandate condom use and then go around poking their heads in every alley and bedroom making sure you are using them and get you fired if you don’t?
This whole thing is completely unconstitutional and fricking evil

seems like a bunch of employees are about to be converted to 1099 contract workers and a whole lot of Cooperative Endeavor Agreements will be entered into by LLCs with 95 employees.

In the end, only religious zealots will enforce anything. So I guess it’s the 10 commandments or nothing.

Any major industrial company will enforce it themselves like we do for the other ten thousand rules they have. Unfortunately.

My company is overzealous when it comes to anything OSHA related. We have a lot of safety sensitive positions. I seriously doubt they’ll push against the mandate at all. Just add it to the list of requirements to work here.

It is exactly what they are trying to accomplish, then hit the great reset.

The mandate doesn’t say anything about boosters, does it? Every article I’ve read says you need to be fully vaccinated by jan 4th but doesn’t say anything about boosters.

Will the burden lie on the companies to self regulate who is vaccinated at their facilities?
Yes. Ultimately OSHA does routine inspections, but they also are more importantly respond to every direct complaint filed.
You have a mad employee? They will ring up OSHA and say "they are not making people get vaccinated or they are not enforcing it or ....."
