Walmart has been selling this for years. Mexicans buy them.
That's cute. You talk like a 3 year old.

quote:the buyer of a whole pig stomach is going to more likely be Asian or a coonass than hispanic. Tripe soup etc (menudo) is made from the lining of the stomach and sold as a separate item (unless you butcher the animal yourself). This item being sold as Walmart is best used as a vessel to be stuffed and cooked
Go to a Hispanic grocery and you’ll see worse

I have seen whole frozen pigs heads and cow tongues at this Walmart.
Back before Christmas I was in our Walmart and they had a big end freezer bin stacked to the top with hog heads. And they are gone now! Nothing like traumatizing the little urban kids.

The inner lining of pig intestine can be used to help humans re grow limbs.
The only reason we dont regenerate like lizards is because we scar. Whatever in pig cuts prevents the scar from starting. People have re grown whole fingers.
The same magazine that taught me this taught me about de aging in mice. Some medicine they gave old sickly mice that cured and de aged them.
We age because as we are constantly generating new cells, the new ones are only 99.999% as good as the old cells. Over time it adds up. I like to think giving my brain this knowledge and talking to my body that i can at least slow down some aging by convincing it to put more emphasis on making each new production as good or better than the last

Have those once a year and you'll always be truly thankful for your food.

This!
Grandpa would make this and Tripe.
I couldn't stand to be in the house when he cooked it but damn it was delicious.
Hardly anyone cooks this at home anymore.

Bingo. Clean. Stuff. Smoke.
It's just a big arse sausage casing.

Cow tongue
The only tacos I get at a mexican joint are lengua and chicharon.
The place on florida peels the tongue so it's essentially filet tacos. The place on seigen does not... Which means you can feel the cow's taste buds on your tongue when you eat it.
Still good as hell.

I’ll either get one at Best Stop or Poches when I’m passing that way.
Very underrated Cajun dish
