I'm not certain Jordan can show up on these lists anymore.
While his shoes and brand are still popular, I don't think his specific likeness is as recognizable to the younger generations as it was to millenials and older.
You gotta remember, 0-18 year olds make up a significant share of the population.

Are the Kardashians famous around the world? That would be a same if so, but I have no idea how well know they are around the world.
President Obama was more well liked around the world than he was in the US.
Michael Jackson is probably the all time most famous person internationally. He did a lot of good for impoverished areas. Opera is up there. I would think Bill Gates maybe.
I guess Beyonce.. While she is talented, I have never really been a big fan of her music so I might be a little biased by hesitating to add her.
Tiger Woods, David Beckham... Lindsey Vonn can be put on the list maybe. What about the author of Harry Potter? Rowling?
I don't know enough about any actors who could be put on the list. Brad Pitt maybe? Denzel Washington?

Shaq is an easy answer b/c he stands out, but just b/c he stands out, are people going to know who he actually is in other parts of the world? Basketball has become a global sport, so i'd tend to say yes.
I think the answer is Obama, Trump and Ronaldo, and i'd give the edge to Ronaldo.
you can say soccer is gay all you want, and i think Ronaldo actually is a homosexual, but that guy cannot go somewhere without being noticed. Someone will notice him and know who he is, then they'll say "hey that's Ronaldo" and even people that aren't postive what he looks like, will know who he is b/c it's not easy to find someone in this world that is not aware of Ronaldo and what he's famous for.
So i'd go with Ronaldo, but i will say that there is no human on earth that has a harder time living a normal life without being noticed all the time than Shaq.
20 years ago this answer was very easy, both MJ's.
