I love how this is supposed to be some indication on how well you raised your son

I see by f'd up you mean "having different values from yours".

You are the archetype of " don't think your shite stinks".

How old are your daughters? Not sure how to interpret your statement of 'how minor of something they do wrong they get disciplined'. If they are under 20 years old, I'm guessing your way of handling things will eventually lead to bigger problems down the road.

So you think discipline is bad? My children get "spanked" about once a month but they never get a pass when they do something wrong. These sjw types were probably allowed to get away with a whole lot growing up because disciplining could supposedly "damage" them.

My children are 28 and 24. One is liberal, one is conservative. I love them both.

Just because someone has a different viewpoint than you doesn't mean they are f'ed up.

We have three, daughter - son daughter, all married with seven grandchildren total.

In their youth the eldest and middle gave us a run for the money. The baby, quiet as a church mouse

All three are wonderful young adults and we are very, very proud of them.

And we are still their Mother and Father, btw

I have a nephew who has turned into a complete cluster frick. Does that count? He is 22 years old. He got married about two years ago, had a kid. He got a decent job working on a boat, the first day he had to work out of town he "got sick" had to get the helicopter to bring him inland.. He went home and quit. He worked a few construction jobs he didn't stay at long. He got on with another barge company, failed a drug test. He is now a busboy, his wife is going to "beauty school" and is one dumb fricking human being.

She puts every moment of their life on facebook. Most of the time it involves them fighting. One day she complains because her inlaws have her kid and the next day she complains that she needs her kid to go to her inlaws so she can have "me" time.

My sister pretty much kept both of her kids in a bubble. My niece is a lot more independent than my nephew, but both have separation problems when it comes from being away from their mom a long time.. My nephew bought a lot on side of my sister, but a trailer on it, but is at his parents more than his own home.

I'm anxious to read this thread. I know lots of rich families with great parents that raised some frickin losers/runts. I'd like to know how that happens
