I do it every year. From what I read it doesn’t do much good, but it is harmless.
When I was getting it there were some people asking for flu and Covid shots. Just shook my head. These people must be up to 7 or 8 shots by now.

I got mine last year. Wife did not get shot.
She got horrible case of flu. I did not.
The year before the opposite happened.

I take one every year. Even if you catch the flu it's not as bad as the full blown flu. You don't feel like your dying.

I have always gotten the flu shot. I skipped last year and got the flu.
I got the first 2 Covid shots, and didn't get Covid until last year.
Both the flu and Covid were miserable. Covid was more miserable bc I had the razor blade throat symptom. I hardly ate or slept for about a week. Hot, warm and cold liquids were even intolerable.
I'm not getting anymore shots, though. Skipped the flu shot again this year. Pray for me. The hope is that I'm building natural immunity.

I get it every year. I’m usually at my doctors once a quarter anyway so it’s easy to just stop by the nurses station and have them hit me.

My trainer is in my doctors office and I usually want a dexafit quarterly, VO2 testing, etc.
