Never heard of Breeze and a bit hesitant to book a flight.

Are they regional? I’ve flown a few regional airlines in the Caribbean. None were bad, just puddle jumpers mainly

We flew recently on a direct flight from Charleston to NO. No problems.

They were great from my experience. I’ve always found you get better customer service with these smaller regional providers.

Never flown them but I would. It was started by the guy who founded JetBlue - He's basically doing JetBlue 2.0 but with a little bit different philosophy of going after smaller market routes with smaller aircraft.

Fayetteville to New Orleans multiple times but we were ok getting stuck in either place if the flight did not happen.

Same. No problem.

I'm convinced it doesn't actually exist. I'm at the airport a lot and supposedly there are 4 daily routes from here and I've never seen any of their planes or any of their employees at the desk. It's a hard livery to miss and they don't fly crazy hours or anything

Yea. I heard the flight was a breeze

I flew direct from Mobile to Orlando and it was fine. I had more issues with the Mobile airport than I did with Breeze Airlines.

How was the plane? Wondering if it's terrible cramped or same as others...

Breeze is great. Flown with them 8-10 times. Planes are newer and staff is friendly.

Mine was a brand new airbus with all the bells and whistles

If you are booking for a flight relatively soon then it's a good choice but they are still going through some growing pains.
Rapid expansion into new smaller market. They will cancel a lot of routes that are "seasonal" months out based on lack of demand.

I'm putting my son on a Breeze flight to Fayetteville today. First time using them & have heard good things. But they aren't daily flights, so you'll need to have a backup plan if there's a problem.

Similar to Frontier, Spirit and Jet Blue. Some growing pains. The employees need some more training on professionalism as they were a little silly and cavalier at the gates. You have to pay for luggage and for seat selection so get one up front if you are only doing a carry on bag. The overhead can fill up. Charleston to NOLA is quick, direct and fairly inexpensive.

My buddy has family in Kentucky and flies them routinely up there. He has said mostly great things about them. The one downside is there are limited planes and crews so if there is a delay or cancellation there is not much to bail you out.

Its a fine. they charge for everything other than water but its a nice clean plane and the service is good enough.

Thought I'd bump this thread after my Breeze flight over the holidays. I was very pleasantly surprised - seemed like a brand new plane and had decent legroom. I would fly Breeze again no question.

Have flown MCO to HSV and MSY a few times. New Airbus A220 planes. Their best seats (equivalent to 1st class) are very reasonable. I'm a fan - however, their flight schedule is a little thin meaning if your flight is cancelled you may have to wait a few days for the next flight.
