Get a really good mat or you’ll be slipping all over in your sweat. I like Liforme

Sounds just like something a person from Portland would undertake.
I live in N.O. and work outdoors during the summer months. No need for hot yoga.

Just glad LSU fans can now root for some athletic event that is not women’s basketball

While we're talking about guys who do yoga, Google "Brock Bowers Blocking Highlights" then tell me about those T levels

Yoga is pagan, so that’s a no from me.

The thread title just reminded me of the flood of assholes that we're all going to have to deal with 30 days from now.

I’ve got a toddler and a wife that always thinks it’s too cold in the house. I do hot yoga every day.

It's technically not 'hot yoga' since it's LT fitness. It's not quite as hot as actual hot yoga gets, but it ain't far from it. It gets pretty slippery on a mat, so some yoga gloves (or something that lets you grip) for hands/feet might be helpful. You'll be able to go at your own pace, so don't worry about keeping up with anyone.

He wouldn't last two minutes in a yoga class.
