Definitely the best time of the year, but here in the South it seems like we get three actual weeks of fall weather. It stays hot through the middle of October more often than not.

Everyone else in the country will enjoy scenes depicted in those pictures. The south will still look like this in October

There’s no such thing as fall in Louisiana.

Ain't that the truth. 95 degrees with lows of 75 for 9 months, one week with highs of 75-80 and lows about 60, then 40 degrees and raining for 3 months.

Except for Christmas. That week will be 85 degrees and muggy.

I fricking hate the weather here.

Who's not is the better question.

College and pro ball over the weekends and into Monday night, cool temperatures, less bugs to deal with, lower humidity, can do things outdoors without feeling like you're melting, lower utility bills.....WIN/WIN situation.

Always loved fall. Then I got to idaho and realized I never actually experienced a fall when I was back home. Fall up here is incredible.

I'm ready for 16 days from today, I don't think Fall officially starts for like 39, but it is by far the best season of the year!!
