No shite. I totally agree. How and why are they testing tigers? Can you imagine sticking that test kit up a tigers nose? He'd probably bite the frick out of you. Also, Why the frick are they testing Harvey Weinstien?? None of this shite makes sense.

If the Tiger was showing signs of symptoms of illness it’s not hard to imagine people wanting to have it tested just because of how big the story would be if the Tiger was infected
Possibly has a little something to do with the tiger being a 200k or more investment / revenue generator?
Likely such testing is even required by insurance.
Sure the zoo has a huge policy on the potential loss of millions a virus spreading through animals would cause.
