I think Bryant Denny is the most aesthetic. Not too modern looking, very symmetrical.

Tiger Stadium always holds a special place for obvious reasons, but it has been kinda piecemealed together over the years. Entering the West gates then going up and back down the stairs doesn't make much sense. Once I enter the old bowl then I start feeling the chills.

"Nicest" stadium I've been to ever is Autzen up in Eugene, Oregon. I was expecting it to be awesome and it was everything I expected and more.

TCU's new stadium is nice and the upper deck is so steep its creepy.

what's tailgating like at Baylor? seems like getting a prime spot close to the stadium would be difficult

Pretty nice tailgating with family atmosphere. Sailgating has gone over really well; drive the boat up to the stadium and tie-off at the piers or just anchor in the bay and party. Not a rowdy tailgating scene but suprisingly good.

Maybe in some parts. I must have been in the garbage dump section because I thought it was turrble. I think I was in the section for Athletic Department employees cuz the people around me all worked there. They were really nice folks.

Bryant Denny Stadium is the nicest I've been to (especially the Upper Endzones), but I haven't been to the newly renovated Kyle Field

Hard to beat the Rose Bowl. Of course the scenery/San Gabriels add to the experience.

Michigan Stadium is a pain in the arse to get out of if you're in a lower row

Death Valley is actually kinda crappy

True, but I wouldn't trade it. I like the history (Long using dorm funding to loophole stadium expansion). I like the old bowl's architecture even if it isn't in the best condition. Not a huge fan of 3 almost completely different upper sections, but it also doesn't bother me. I'd rather keep the history than ever build another one just so I can get a hot dog faster.

Who claims the title for the nicest college football stadium.....IMO nothing beats LSU, the real death valley, but i'd like to know what others think.

As another poster said: So you never go to the bathroom or the concession counter?

Sure, LSU has a great atmosphere. They have really upped their game from the aesthetics of the stands and outer facade. However, I don't think anyone would ever say that LSU has the "nicest" stadium. The infrastructure throughout the main common areas under the stands is still very lacking.

Husky Stadium is on Lake Washington overlooking the water! It's a pristine location for college football. All the ballers roll up to the game in their yachts drinking Veuve.

The "bowels" of Tiger Stadium actually smell like bowels.

Enough with expansion, time to upgrade the interior.

A&M has the best stadium in America now. The most intimidating for sure. It's so steep and the crowd noise is deafening.

Why would they not close in the entire stadium?

Ruins the view. The end can be closed in somewhat easily but not what they wanted to do.
