Two greatest examples of overrated of all time are Cindy Crawford and Elizabeth Taylor. How both are considered great beauties is beyond me.

For me it's a tie between Megan Fox and Anna Kendrick, probably go with Megan Fox. There's nothing about Megan that seems even remotely genuine. Even in her prime you could tell she had a lot of work and she still looked very fake. My guess is she was very average without all the work. I just prefer the natural look over all the work and make up and everything. Never understood the appeal of Megan.
Anna Kendrick is definitely attractive but not as much as people give her credit for. She's has that natural nice "girl next door" type vibe but definitely not an OT 9 or 10. Anna Kendrick, if she wasn't famous, seems like someone that an average decently looking guy who makes six figures could actually be married to.
Some here mention Alexandra Daddario. To me she's not overrated at all. Her eyes alone are just beyond stunning. Even if she wasn't famous she could get whatever guy she wanted. Whereas Anna Kendrick I could see a regular decently successful guy having a chance. With Alexandra Daddario no guy who wasn't already a multi-millionaire would ever get the time of day with her.

Another woman I'll mention is Eva Green. Underrated. I know that she's done a lot of movies with Tim Burton and likes those roles, but I hate we rarely get to see her not being buried in make up. Without make up she is naturally stunning.
In the scenes she had in Casino Royale without make up she was perfect. Definitely the best ever Bond girl IMO. It's really too bad the American public hasn't gotten to see more of her over the years.
