How would that be a positive affect? For that to happen supply would have to be larger than demand. Part of our state budget crisis ( I know I said part) is because we based our state economy on oil and gas. If gas drops to 1.00. The shitfest at the capital would be out of this world.

You want a smartphone, you dont have to have one, they are handy and make things simpler but are not a necessity.

They existed before the measles vaccine too. Just a lot of them only existed for a few weeks and then died.
