Where are the parents?
I don’t know ages involved here, but besides the trespassing I thought pools usually had an age limit on kids swimming by themselves without an adult guardian present for insurance purposes and maybe for legal requirements as well.

Simple. Close the pool for a few days. Make it clear the interlopers are ruining it for everyone, and get the community to self-police, maybe pay a teen to check fobs or pool cards or whatever.
Sounds like once again this is a class problem dressed up like a race problem.
The woman who aggressively touched those children and humiliated the boy by pouring soda on him should be banned from the pool and referred to the cops for charges if someone filmed it (and you know half the pool must have).
What a psycho. Hope she has a PUP bc a lawsuit cometh.
