Not even close. They fire him, he now has a wrongful termination case, and unlike in Tejas, where it's crooked as shite for the employers, he will get a fair shake and his job back++++ money in his pocket.

He looks like he just realized this.

Tenure. Firing him now would only add wrongful termination to the suit.

They can, however, give him a shitty course load.

Yep very hard to get rid of a tenured professor. There is a full professor of chemistry at UL Monroe that they have tried to get rid of for years. Have him teaching freshman labs but he still won’t leave

He can't get a raise because no one takes physics there.

I don’t doubt that what he is saying true but I have a hard time feeling so for him. He is a dumbass for letting it go this long.

I've seen this before based on his type of lawsuit.

Reverse discrimination suits are usually easily documented. And if he is only suing for back pay and not damages, then the employer/employee relationship often continues.

It's either discrimination or not. There is no such thing as "reverse discrimination."

Technically, it is all reverse discrimination unless you hate your own kind.

Or maybe just since carter was president.

But the guy still worked there the whole time. Could he not get a job somewhere else?

nope, reverse, at least to me, implies that you have practiced, and acknowledged that you have discriminated in the past

White guy suing black college. Should be a fun experiment.

Maybe we could dub it the Tuskegee Experiment.
