It’s a construct (deployed by the left) used to bait ppl into feeling guilty for something they haven’t done.

After all, without it you can’t get the ever-valuable “victimhood culture”.

Nothing so far.

I've lived/worked around African Americans my whole entire life. I grew up in a mixed neighborhood, went through a public school system that was 50% African American, and the company I work for has hundreds of African Americans working for it that I interact with on a daily basis. Not once have I ever had an African American accuse me of having or even just talk to me about white privilege. But I sure as hell have had white women talk to me about it. It's such an overly liberal white girl buzz word to me.
