This. I HIGHLY doubt they would waste a $400,000 missile on a used car balloon.

(Damn even the training missiles are $250k, missiles are expensive)

Option 1: they have finally hit their limit from a messaging standpoint with all the disasters going on (Hunter, Twitter, inflation, train, Ukraine, balloons, etc) and aren’t giving this any priority

OR

Option 2: they simply no longer care what the public thinks about this stuff and aren’t putting any effort into their messaging as they know the media will cover for them and they have national elections figured out for 2024.
