Instead of working on a bill that everyone can agree with, some in Congress have demanded that the White House just bypass the legislature. So that will happen tomorrow.

President Biden could declare a climate emergency as soon as Wednesday, two sources familiar with the plans told The Hill on Tuesday.

One of the sources said that federal agencies are expecting an executive order declaring a climate emergency as soon as tomorrow, but it’s not entirely clear what it will entail.

A second source also said the declaration could come on Wednesday. A third person confirmed that a climate emergency declaration was under consideration by the White House, as first reported by The Washington Post.

The White House announced Tuesday that Biden will travel on Wednesday to Somerset, Mass., to deliver remarks on tackling climate change.

frick that. As soon as the hotels I have to stay In for work stop leaving their AC on 60 In every room when I check in, ill change mine.

This has been the biggest joke of a presidency and they are STILL trying to use scare tactics to trick fricktards into following them.

Anyone that can think just a little on their own knows that this presidency is a shite show. Even if the Covid shite never existed and it was a smooth transition from Trump to Biden, it would still be a shite show.

Did he not learn anything from the EPA v. West Virginia supreme court decision? Congress is the only one who has this authority. The Supreme's are going to whittle away the Executive Order bullshite

Whitehouse said the conversation tracked his public call for initiatives ranging from tighter carbon regulations for vehicles and power plants to carbon border tariffs and potential federal litigation against the fossil fuel industry.

It was not clear, however, how far the White House could go, after the Supreme Court last month effectively restricted the Environmental Protection Agency from issuing emissions rules involving matters of major "economic and political significance."

We don't know what the emergency is but we are sure we will have one.

Democrats can’t even get Manchin to back their catastrophically stupid plan that would exacerbate inflation for all of us.

Why bother working across the isle towards logical solutions when you can just have the White House push your extreme agenda via executive orders or have the EPA just write new regulations? It’s like they don’t remember how SCOTUS ruled on some of this a few weeks ago.

Climate change BS is the biggest scam in the history of this country. And that is saying something.
