I know jokes are our way of saying what we really think but man, this was entirely accurate. Every single "joke" is a common experience. When i was younger, I went to help out for some OT in another department and the ghetto ladies got mad at me for working too fast and making them look bad. Meanwhile they'll say its white privilege that I run a department and make more money than them now.

I was at a department store a couple days ago to buy my son a belt. The lady working that area was sitting at the register FaceTiming somebody - probably her cousin.
That register wasn’t working. Had to walk to one halfway across the building and she continued FaceTiming to the register and through the transaction.
I don’t care but it’s kinda bizarre.
