Thanks to the election of John Bel Edwards as governor, and his likely support for the teachers' unions, she may, again become the norm. in Orleans Parish. Scuttlebutt is that he's intending to try and seriously control and limit charter schools. She's likely second generation Latina with a name like Lindsay.

She obviously has quite a bit of black ancestry. Mixed with Latin. If she didn't have (dyed) blonde hair I doubt she would even look all that "white".

Never went to St. Raphael I just played for Firmin Simms in baseball and biddy basketball. But I can tell u this that my mom has over 30 years of N.O. Teaching experience so I have a lil say so in what goes on in those classrooms plus my cousins as well.

So u were in the classroom? What schools were u at? Magnet schools don't count. I bet y'all weren't at Walker, Landry, Robouin, Carver, Or any of those other "charter" conglomerates. You don't know shite about what goes on in those classrooms not one fricking thing. Bc if you were you would know it takes a damn strong and authoritative person to teach those classes especially the kids that are behavior problems that they cast off to special Ed.
