Why does she insist on talking that way?
I can not stand white folks who feel the need to make their voice sound hood for no reason. She has to try to make it sound like that. She was not born with a voice that sounds like that.
If she grew up around a lot of people who speak like that (like black people in the south) then it could be the accent she acquired naturally while growing up.
I had a southern accent when I was a very young child because my family spoke like that, but I acquired more of a neutral midwestern accent because my hometown in Arkansas had a chemical plant and lots of kids moved from all over the country because their parents worked there. I ended up being friends with a lot of transplants, so I ended up speaking more like them.

It's nice to see idiots like this outing themselves on social media. I taught with someone like this. She dressed like Latoya Jackson, big hair with shoes that were 3 inch high and bright school-bus yellow. Her outfits were inappropriate. She was indeed a sight to see and taught our young Kindergartners.
I never understood how she could be an effective teacher. I knew that real teaching involves getting into the messes of finger-paint, dirt, ink, etc. I knew it meant having about 3 pairs of eyes on me as I moved around,as I leaned over to help them, had to climb stuff in the class to get to stuff, decorate, etc.
I wore dresses but my dresses would have passed the Pentecostal test for being modest and child friendly. and often wore shorts or leggings under them too.
I couldn't take more than a minute of her listening to the OP's link.
