White couple gives birth to Asian daughter after alleged fertility clinic mix-up

But around the time when their daughter turned two, the couple realized that something was wrong. "She doesn't look like Drew," Koedderich remembers thinking.

There was another recent case where a couple gave birth to twins that ended up not being theirs biologically.
Fertility clinic mixed up the embryos before transferring them into the woman.
They had to give up the twins to the biological couple.
In all seriousness...that poor couple in the OP. I hope the fertility clinic pays up.

They said it was a factor, not the reason.
To be fair...infertility places a massive strain on a marriage. Not unusual for couples to divorce because of that strain.

Congratulations to the couple.
and by that i mean as far as mix-ups go you hit the power ball jackpot. straying from your own gene pool is not always a bad thing (for mankind). don't be selfish, raise this child as best you can and enjoy the fruits of the mix-up.

A fertility screw up happened in New Orleans a few years ago too.
I think it was more than just one case.
