What does the data look? Have positive cases stopped rising?

Illinois and Chicago do.

Cases have been rising a touch since we opened for phase 4 two weeks ago, but the positivity percentage has stayed constant. Hospitalizations and deaths are way, way down.

I think the shutdowns were fricking moronic and many of these governors and mayors are out of their gourds, but I just do not for the life of me understand the opposition to masks. If nothing else, it increases consumer confidence.

These are just indoors, right? Because they’re insane if they think I’m doing that outdoors.

Massachusetts does. And we’re in Phase 3 with no issues. Imagine that.

Pennsylvania does. You can't go into a business without a mask and only outdoor dining is allowed where I live. Cases rose slightly as we reopened things but not nearly at the same rate as other states in the South and West.

Same. Most businesses here welcome it because it leads to more people being comfortable coming in and has seemed to keep the case count low. You don't have to wear them outdoors when walking around on the street so you may wear them for 15 min tops while indoors shopping. It really hasn't been a big deal here.

City of Mobile as of last week. $50 first offence / $100 second.
About 10% of the people I've seen are wearing masks and the MPD are not writing citations.

Correct. I’m not aware of any city or state that has a 24/7 requirement outside your home - just inside stores, doctors offices, etc.

I live in Atlanta. Almost everyone I see out is wearing a mask. I think it's purely blown out of proportion by the media.

Positive cases have been soaring in Texas, Florida, Georgia for everyday for over a month but the death rate is still low and flat.

I think it's just younger people getting tested and positive.

Confirmed (King County). My favorite are the people walking outside or driving with masks on

Two days ago Florida experienced 120 deaths, its highest amount of deaths in a single day.
