Lol I'm always on the lookout for the Cart Narcs when I'm out and about.

I hate when people leave them out. Would love to see a group of people wait in ambush and completely surround their vehicle with carts so they can't drive away and as they move one to make room another replaces it.

Better stay out of NOLA for sure. If these people who get caught by these guys would just drive away and don't have any sort of confrontation, they wouldn't even air the video. There's no point.

OT northshore baws: what do y'all do at the Rouses on E Causeway? They don't have any cart returns so you have to walk it all the way back to the store. I do it, but begrudgingly

I put the cart up but it's not really that big of a deal if you don't. In fact, going around harassing people that way shows that you really have nothing to do and you are an a-hole. It's not worth the time or effort to police shite like that.
