Either he has brass balls, or he doesn't realize the area. My wife and I were lost in NOLA once so I stopped at a CVS and the cashier actually said to me "What you doing over here?". I told her I was lost and my wife was in the car. She gave me directions and told me to hurry back to my car and don't look at anyone. It wasn't until I got back to my car that I realized how bad the area we were in. My wife was hiding in the back seat.

It is more common in the south. So is leaving a mess behind in the movie theatre. In the north people will carry their popcorn tubs, cups, and candy boxes to the trash. In the south most people leave them behind.

Idk if it's every rouses, but none of the 3 rouses I used to go to had cart returns.
frick lazy pos for not returning their cart but also frick rouses for not placing cart returns like every other grocer.

Funny enough that is exactly what the NOLA folks did on the video linked in this thread. It was surprisingly boring.

Yeah, narc guy is absolutely a prick. I wish someone would walk over while he's filming and beat the crap out of both him and the lazy assed shopper. I'd enjoy watching that one.
