This is believeable, live in an apartment where someone is a smoker in the apartment next to you. That awful smell goes through walls and makes your apartment reek. So glad I don’t live in any attached to someone else housing anymore. I need more land so my neighbors are further away TBH.

“How does his smoking get into where you live?”
Connected buildings.. vents etc…
Ask the manager of his place if they have a no smoking rule in the lease.. if so they give them one warning.. second time they can request they leave ( or force).
I have rentals.. I have no smoking policy.. hoa sent me a letter complaining about my tenant smoking skunk weed all the time and they could smell it in the unit next to them … I have the unit on the other side of my rental and did not smell it inside my unit but sometimes outside… I told them to smoke somewhere else cause neighbors were complaining.. but in fairness it was outside my rental ( if inside I would have warned them once then forced them out )
Unfortunately they started up again and started smoking in the storage unit just outside.. they smoked a lot . 4-5 times .. morning lunch snack- dinner— nitecap …
Hoa complained again as it was getting into other units ( and mine this time). I just did not let them redo the lease .. could have pushed it if I wanted since I also have no illegal substances on property in lease

His name is Omar? Is he black? He should accuse them of being racist. If the person who wrote the letter is white, they will do anything to prove they are not racist.
Imagine being a policeman and having to go out to a call in which someone called in complaining about someone putting up an American flag which made them feel threatened, then bitch that it took them 5 hrs.. As if a call like that would be top priority in a crime filled city that has a man power shortage in the police department.
