There was a cop parked nearby when I passed yesterday evening. Curious if he will still be there today.

Saw that yesterday afternoon and wonders how that was allowed to happen. Then remembered I was in BR.
Also that rope was tied pretty high up on that pipe. Was trying to figure out how they got up there to tie it.

There were beggars at every corner of the Seigen / I-10 interchange yesterday around 1:30. It looked like a coordinated effort.

There used to be a sign that said not to give to the panhandlers, but I’ve noticed that it’s gone. It was located at the light as you exited I-10.
