I purchased a Bertrazonni oven a few years ago. I’ve noticed it’s taking a long time preheat to temp. Once I switch to bake temp drops 50 degrees or so. It’s in a closet I. The 2nd floor. There is a floor penetration and ceiling penetration. The line runs through the ceiling to the Hotwater heater in the attic and in the floor to behind the walls of the first floor.
