Which is more dangerous - 10mph under or 10mph over the speed limit?

This is for a standard highway/interstate because clearly, you do not want someone going 10mph over the limit in a neighborhood.
My vote is to 10mph under. Even those going the speed limit will run up on them very quickly. Not to mention these types typically park their asses in the left lane.

It’s hard to say either way. I see more issues in general with the 10 mph under people, but the guy going 10mph over when there is a lot of traffic and he’s weaving in and out right off of peoples bumper is more dangerous.

All the retards here who want to drive fast are going to say 10 under is more dangerous but the faster you go the less reaction time you have, period. Slower is safer.

Under is more dangerous IMO. I was venting to some co-workers last week about people on on-ramps that won't speed up to match the speed of the interstate he's about to merge onto. They think they're being cautious but they're really creating a huge hazard - both for anyone they merge in front of and everyone behind them on the on-ramp that they force to slow down too.
(ETA - I don't consider myself a speeder and I loathe being tailgated and someone driving like an a-hole, but the slow driver tends to create traffic jams, and the more congestion, the more problems there are, IMO)
Another question would be which do you prefer - super aggressive drivers, or overly cautious drivers? The cautious ones that need a damn red carpet rolled out in front of them before they make a left turn are just as infuriating as the arse that cuts you off.

Outside of that slower is almost certainly going to be statistically safer.
The biggest issue is lane discipline if we observed it as well as say the Germans do travel would be safer with less congestion.

Which tends to be over in normal conditions, unless traffic or other factors like weather.

They seem to be having issues with riders instead of passers in the left lane now as well. This obnoxious habit is spreading.

Two vehicles crashing at similar speeds vs two cars crashing at vastly different speeds. Being under on a highway is generally worse in pretty much every scenario.
