He became the chief of police of Maui in December of 2021.
That seems to be a pretty good upgrade, to go from a captain in Vegas to chief in Maui. It would be interesting to know how that happened. And the internet shows he has a net worth over 7 figures. That is a pretty decent net worth for a career cop. Maybe he came from money or was a shrewd investor.
The vegas shooting was the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. And the Maui fire is the deadliest wild fire in U.S. history.
It is interesting that the same person was in charge of law enforcement’s response for each. I guess it is a small world after all.

There is no person during and incident that has more power than the incident commander. So, your "just the commander" is way off base.

there have been multiple advanced human civilizations over the millennia wiped clean by natural forces with only traces left to hit the restart button.

Popular Mechanics published a book about all the details of the WTC engineering and failures on 9/11, to address all these inane theories.
I'm not a 9/11 conspiracy believer but this post isn't 100% accurate.
Steel is made by using "fossil fuels" (coal) that burn at high temperatures combined with oxygen.
Not just any type of fuel will work. You wouldnt be able to melt steel with butane or kerosene, for example.
Jet fuel is a mixture of kerosene and gasoline, both which burn at 1,850 degrees Farenheit.
Carbon steel (used in structural buildings) begins melting at 2,500 degrees farenheit.
It isnt probable to say that the ignitated jet fuel melted through the steel beams.
I'd be more likely to believe a story that the impact of the crash hit a precise weak point in the building's construction which caused the steel to fail and collapse onto itself, causing a domino effect.

There are no black and white lines on what some consider a conspiracy. Some things could be a real conspiracy(or government incompetance), but the real whack jobs loons out there are sad when they push the Sandy Hook being staged, 911 was a US government operation, chemtrails, etc.

If you dig into Sandy Hook ( and it’s tougher now, because so much has been deleted) there were a lot of very strange circumstances involved. But the easiest way to make it all go away is throw out disinformation that makes people ignore it, because they don’t want to be considered crazy.
Same with that Florida school shooting, 9/11, Vegas, etc.

On any of the far out there claims of a conspiracy, just let us know a few simple things.
• Who did it? The answer to this can’t be they/them/or the government. As we all know, the government can’t do anything correctly(as pointed out daily on droppings) and if more than two people are involved, the secret will get out. Nobody can fart these days without it becoming public.
• Why did the event happen?
• How did it get executed?
