Weekends, birds.
Weekdays, mix of birds, low hum from traffic far off, buses, garbage trucks, etc.

I'm typically waken up by fricking bobcats going crazy, but after that it's birds.

Air traffic. Birds. Rumble of trucks. Artillery.

Birds, occasionally planes and just a little, distant traffic noise.

It's nice, baws. Real nice.

Maybe I'm the only one here who knows what you're talking about. Are you in Pacific Grove, Old Monterey or other?

Birds. Sometimes deer at a feeder 50 yards from my front porch.

I have complete privacy on my property. I piss outside off my front porch more than I do in my toilets. I smoke weed and drink coffee on my front porch, sometimes whilst still only in underwear.

It's fricking glorious.

My neighbor and her obsession with the leaf blower. She's outside no later than 5:45 every morning 7 days a week. It's very noisy and she's blowing off the carport, driveway, patio, vehicles etc. This goes on for at least 45 minutes.

Songbirds, owls, wood ducks, cows, coyotes, distant train, and, of course, piss off the porch.

This is what I miss about work. I would walk the property (which is expansive) and the birds, seals, whales, otters, eagles would put on a show. I miss it terribly.

I used to have a neighbor who liked to rev his truck leaving for work, he was a little dude who I think had some little man syndrome. But now he's gone so birds.
