Where would you rather be in an apocalyptic situation?

In a neighborhood or out in the country? And why?

It always seemed rural would be better in these situations, but being isolated has its own set of problems.

The country to survive the initial wave but you’re going to have to venture into the city eventually for supplies or whatever.

Being isolated seems more dangerous for attackers

Out in the country. Look, I love cities and only live in cities, but we've also seen cities go insane over comparatively minuscule stuff.

I would be where I normally am.

Sitting in the dark with my shotgun, waiting for the end to come.

Assuming you have access to information you would know the land better out in the country and at least have a leg up.

I guarantee all my urban neighbors and I would form a pretty strong force. Nobody would get down our street without serious resistance.....aka....bullets in your arse.

Same shite. Where you have masses of people, you'll have unruly mobs. Everything would burn

I’m going to family property in Texas. We have a water well, windmill, camp house, Cattle, and plenty of wild game.

Country easily. The cities will collapse in no time. We camped for years without running water and electricity. I'm right in my element in the country. There is no unknown problems out here. I know where to get water. Endless supply of food. I would wait at least a month before going into town to get supplies. Most of the population will be gone.
