You forgot the single largest expense of all households: taxes
Taxes have grown at a far greater rate than any other of the costs you cite. In fact, except for housing I'd propose adjusted vehicle and consumer goods prices are lower today than they were in the 50/60s.

You’re correct in that. We’ll never see that quality of life in America again.
People wouldn't have the houses people lived in during those days. They wouldn't live the lifestyle.
Housing sizes have more than doubled.

Taxes are at a historically low rate. Go look at income tax rates between 1920 and 1980.

Interest rates are incredibly low.

My parents built their dream home on a half acre lot for $350,000 in the mid 90's.
Without knowing the location of their home, I would expect that 350K home on 1/2 acre would now be close to 575,000 to build today.
I just built a house last year and it would cost me about 10% more to build that exact house again today.

My grandfather raised a family of 4 in a 1400 sq ft house. They were solidly middle class. My dad is college educated and was fairly successful in his career. We lived in a 1600 sq ft home when we were growing up with a family of 5. Most people aren't willing to live like that anymore.

When you met your future wife, you used to give her
1. A Compliment
2. Casual dinner.
In return you would get night-long sex using 2-3 of her orifices.
5 years and a marriage license later, that SAME level of sex will run you
1. weekend vacation at a resort
2. a piece of jewelry
3. dinner that costs 3x's of one during courtship
4. months of your best behavior prior to vacation.
That's inflation.
Nice

This is really a poli board topic because today governments intentionally work to minimize the vast extent of government debt by monetizing the debt and printing more money. Thus, the value of the currency is reduced over time.
For example:
Go look at car advertisements from the late 1960s to the early 1970s -- you could get a new car for under $5,000.

Should we also look at the average income from back then too?

This practice isn't new at all. It's being going on several hundred years.

My point which seems to be lost on everyone is that everything is spiraling out of control from a cost standpoint and what we make for what we do has not gone up at all for most professions. I know I don't have to buy a fully loaded F150 or build a nicer home; however if I wanted to it would cost me much more than my parents and I am not being paid more than someone doing the EXACT same job 25-30 years ago. In fact that person working 25 years ago in my position made more.

Televisions are insanely cheap now. Ditto for things like entry level laptops and such
Gas, not even adjusted for inflation is much cheaper today than it was 10 years ago. When you factor in the fact that the more expensive cars also are more fuel economical that helps level things out a bit.
High speed internet eliminates the need for costly cable bills
Lower cost cell phone plans exist now. I pay less for my cellular services now than I did 10 years ago and the quality of service has improved tremendously
Every smartphone has a very good GPS navigation system in it that's essentially free when those things used to cost a fortune
If you can't find anything that's cheaper you aren't looking very hard
Things like housing depend almost 100% on your local housing market
