Should be legal. I’m not even a pot (frick) head and have smoked less than 5 times in my life but it being illegal is pretty stupid.

I haven't smoked it in probably 15 years but I did pretty regularly before that. It's not as harmful as alcohol to be honest.

I didn’t try it until I was in my 40’s. You’re missing out.

Yes. It's a fricking plant.

That's like asking "should potatoes be legal?" Some people fry them and eat too many of them and get blockage in their arteries and then die.

But this is America, God damnit!

I am all for making it legal BUT simultaneously I want them to make talking about weed illegal without both parties overt consent. My friends in CO and CA have become like cult members they talk more about weed than a Crossfitter/Soul cyclist hybrid talks about their cult.

A regulated market (in theory) lessens the illicit market, provides consumers a safer product, and stimulates the economy.

I'd like to hear about the regulations in place on people selling corn or watermelons roadside... because that's about the level of restrictions I want on cannabis. I know that's highly unlikely, but it's where i stand

I think you should be able to grow it in your backyard if you want to.

Some of my favorite times to smoke was at home, before a big LSU or Saints night game against a tough rival or team in the late 2000s.

Nothing like being stoned and into a game where great plays are made, bounces go your way, the crowd is 100% invested and you dominate.

Full deregulation, don't tax it, don't regulate it.

But that is my stance on almost everything the government regulates...

In many states you can. Here you can grow up to 6 plants as an individual or 12 if there’s more than one person over the age of 21 in the home.

That is the one reason for legalization that bugs me.

I do it occasionally but it needs to be legalized. Last Friday a guy I work with gave me some gummies that had weed in them and damn, I was gone.

Federal ban should be lifted.

States should vote on its legalization individually.

I'd vote in favor of legalization in my state.
