Where are you spending Christmas Eve/Christmas?

The wife and I will have some "us" time for most of today, head over to my parents house, play a little football, then head over to her parents house and play some board and video games. Usually a fun time. We'll probably open a few gifts tonight then repeat tomorrow. Our families are like night and day but it's always a good time. Our immediate families all live in TN. Her family is from Northern Kentucky, mine is from NOLA.

Probably watching a Christmas movie at the girlfriends house (no pics), then at the grandmother's house tomorrow, my parents' house on the 26th, and then Christmas with the girlfriend's house with her family on the 27th.

We bought the complete six Blu-Ray Star Wars movies set (9 discs) from Amazon and it was delivered this morning. We're going to start watching them this afternoon and finish tomorrow. Then probably go see the new Star Wars movie on Saturday.

Making gumbo today then heading to the inlaws who live near DFW Airport. They are southern Baptist Tea Totalers who don't want anybody hanging around more than a couple of hours......even on Christmas Eve. Tomorrow we get up and drive the Gumbo to Austin for my family shindig at my brothers house. Merry Christmas

Tonight, I'll be visiting my extended relatives and then having a sleepover with momma and grandma since dad works.
Tomorrow, Jones and I will have "us" time. Spending the day in new orleans, dinner at Doris Metropolitan, a hotel room, and then lunch Saturday at Windsor Court.

Kids, grandkids at our house today, tonight for tomfoolery, our red gravy, meatballs, sausage traditional Christmas eve dinner, presents, then 10pm Mass. The over/under on bottles of wine is 6.
Tomorrow, more tomfoolery, at my father in laws with all my wifes siblings, nieces nephews and their kids. The over/under on Crown Royal is a handle and a half.
I love this time year.
