This! The average kid is fat in middle school. We are not doing our kids any favors by letting them be out of shape in their teens.

There were fat folks back in the day but they weren’t publicized like today.

There were fewer overweight people in the US, period. But it was men and women alike. I am curious how quiet these threads would be if everyone that commented had to post a recent DEXA scan along with their comment. Lots and lots of crickets I imagine.

Good grief, not everything is about "baggin" Its just a much more pleasant experience being around fit, healthy people. Im in Poland right now...and American women should be ashamed
