People are bagging on the BF or whatever he was, but he was put in a no win situation. You could tell even inside the restaurant he just wanted it to die down, but she wasn't having any of that. Then outside he was seriously outnumbered, and her dumb arse wanted him fighting with those odds. So to save face he pushes one of the guys (not smart when outnumbered).
