The answer is 18 months or until a vaccine, whichever is sooner. The second article is more informative, but cited mainstream media as well. Just google 18 months and coronavirus and there are tons of articles about this. This has me very concerned.

I don't think it's possible to maintain this for 18 months. It shouldn't be, anyway. At some point we need to assess the cost/benefit of this and consider just ripping the band-aid off.

The virus could still be lingering for that long. But there is no way this country continue on its current pace for 18 months. There would be complete anarchy. Do you want to see citizens fight back and rebel against the government? Because that is exactly what would happen

A new normal will arise. We won’t go back to how it was before.

theres a vaccine being tested at kaiser in seattle.
small # of cases.
a month from now it will be up to 500 cases.

all goes well it will be available to kaiser clients in 2 months.

cdc/nih will get around to approval after enough people demand it. seattle and kaiser are not under the fed thumb.

the seattle woman who developed it had it 5 weeks ago.
washington also had their own test kits but nih and cdc didnt approve them either.

looks like when the whole country got vaccinated v polio..there was salk and sabin.
oral v vaccine.

israel is making a vaccine too.

All I know is if we don’t have sports in the next 3 weeks or so I’m sending bags full of dog poo to CNN’s doorstep every day until we do.

I've had two downvotes so far by people that don't understand stuff.

Anybody that makes over 75k will not get it, but they will pay for it.

I think we’ll get back to normal in about three weeks. About the time enough people get sick and tired of these restrictions. People will get fed upmwith this shite soon.
Unless deaths increase drastically or spread from mostly old people, people will call bullshite on all of this and want to return to normal.
