For me it was going to a concert recently where nobody had a mask on, didn’t get checked for being vaxed, and everybody was packed in having a good time. First time I can say I truly say I felt it was over.

When they told me that a cloth mask would be sufficient at preventing the spread.

Now they're doing the dupe with gas prices....

It was over for me the day it started. I have pretty much ignored the past two years.

When I traveled in June 2020 cross country and had a great time and didn't wear a mask once.

Did it really ever start? Sure covid sucked, but it didn't suck any worse than the flu. The only time I had pneumonia in my life it came from a common cold... that sucked WAY worse than covid.

Overblown BS is what it is.

I got my two Moderna shots, then lost my sense of smell and taste within a few days. I got the booster, and decided I was through fricking around with Lying Fauci, the lying CDC, and all of their collective bullshite. My governor put an early stop to the mask Nazi BS, when the science said they don't work.

So, the pandemic was over for me, a looooong time ago.

When WWIII became a very real possibility. Luckily we’re undefeated world war champs so I think we’ll be favored.

This. And not just them. When the restriction protests were portrayed as dangerous superspreader events and BLM protests were given the “all-safe” green light by politicians and media nationwide, intelligent people knew what was going on. It was also around that same time when “flatten the curve” turned into “zero Covid”.

About 2 years ago. News had me primed to see people dropping dead in the streets and needing to be forcefully confined (barricaded) to their houses. Was kinda disappointed because the trailers looked so much more interesting than the movie.

Not saying it wasn't a global health crisis but it certainly didn't fit my earlier definition of pandemic.

I’ll know it when I see it.
