*PROTIPS*
1. If it’s raining, headlights on, not flashers, headlights, even in daylight hours.
2. If you can see any vehicles in front of your vehicle, you should not have your headlights on high beam. This rule applies to both vehicles you are meeting and vehicles going in the same direction as you.
3. If this light appears on your instrument panel, it means your lights are on high beam.

No. Title is dead on accurate. It use to be that occasionally you’d meet the occasional idiot who forgot they had their high beams on. Now it’s far more prevalent. And the number of people who don’t know to turn on thier headlights in rain is even worse.

It's amazing how often I see people on the interstate in the mornings with no headlights on. And the frickers with their brights on are usually the ones doing 65 in the left lane
