I have a phone app that lets me know when to dim my headlights but it doesn't work sometimes if I have FB open too.

I often drive home at 6 pm or later, and almost nightly encounter someone with no headlights on.

It's way worse this winter than ever before. I think it's the lit-dash display making them think the lights are one.

If behind them, I will turn my lights on and off, trying to get them to realize theirs are off, but they never get the hint.

Someone on Bush this morning didnt follow your rules and had hazards on for a hard rain that didn't even measure up to some of the weather we've had the last few months.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people don’t have lights on at dusk dark.
It’s truly amazing if you’ll pay attention.

With that said my lights are automatic and I wouldn’t know they weren’t on at times I see others with them off.
